These Terms and Conditions take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process at puas69. Your acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition for continued use of our platform.

Puas69 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest changes. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the puas69 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. puas69 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not listed on any regulatory body's gaming exclusion list or prohibited from gambling by a court or authority.
• Registering under your own name and for personal use only — not on behalf of any third party.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any puas69 employee.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at puas69. Multiple account registration is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. puas69 implements an identity verification process (KYC – Know Your Customer) to ensure the security of all financial transactions. Documents that may be required include:

• Valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) copy
• Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 business hours. During the review period, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed. puas69 will not disclose your documents to any third party except as required by law.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for all payment methods.

• Every deposit must come from a legitimate source and must be in the name of the registered member only.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the selected method and bank operating hours.
• The first withdrawal for each account requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Funds must be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by puas69.
• Puas69 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 7 business days for security review purposes if unusual activity is detected on the account.

Puas69 offers a variety of exciting promotions for both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

• Welcome Bonus: This bonus may only be claimed once per new member. The minimum rollover requirement is 15x total deposit plus bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Reload Bonus & Cashback: Separate rollover requirements apply for each bonus type. Please refer to the Promotions for the latest details.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Puas69 reserves the right to void any bonus if fraud, abuse, or an attempt to exploit the bonus system is proven.
• Each promotion has its own validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the end of the validity period without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• In the event of a technical disruption, the last result confirmed by the system prior to the disruption will be considered final.
• Puas69 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connection failures on the member's end.
• Game results displayed on the puas69 server are the official and final record for any disputes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. puas69 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account by any third party.

• Never share your account password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong and unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact puas69 customer support immediately to have your account frozen.

Puas69 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, system abuse, and any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the safety of other members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening more than one account, whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method.
• Using automation software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to play games automatically.
• Colluding with other members to exploit promotions or game systems.
• Uploading false documents or providing inaccurate verification information during the KYC process.
• Using the puas69 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or being abusive toward puas69 customer support staff.

Puas69 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that operates continuously. Any account suspected of involvement in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted. If found guilty, the account will be permanently closed and all balances — including bonuses — will be forfeited.

Puas69 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Legal action or directives from the relevant authorities.
• Self-closure request by the member (voluntary closure).
• Inactivity period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, puas69 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. Valid balances in accounts closed for other reasons will be returned to the member's original payment method once the review is complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team via Live Chat. All pending withdrawals will be processed as per standard procedure before the account is fully closed.

Puas69 provides the entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes. Gambling is inherently unpredictable and you may experience financial losses.

• Puas69 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members while playing, including losses resulting from game outcomes, strategic errors, or failure to understand game rules.
• In the event of technical disruptions beyond our control (including server outages, cyberattacks, or third-party failures), puas69's liability is limited to the refund of deposited and unused funds only.
